1pm 25g sn with 50 ml water

if you're using metoclopramide as your AE take your usual dose of diazepam 30 minutes before your final drink because meto and benzos interact and make you more drowsy (which is further amplified by fasting) and you might pass out before you get to drink the SN. speaking from personal experience.

using paracetamol instead might be beneficial as ibuprofen irritates the stomach and could possibly make your passing more painful.

but before you do anything, do you think talking about what's ailing you might help, even a little?
