Help SN Regimen/plan

This is my plan outline so far. Not quite ready to go yet, still waiting on supplies. How's it sound/ any changes I should make (time adjustments etc.)? Thanks guys

8:00a - 1 x 10mg meto
4:00p - 1 x 10mg meto / begin fast
6:00p - 4 x 1mg Xanax XR
9:30p - stop water
11:00p - 1000mg acetaminophen / music on
11:15p - 3 x 10mg meto
11:30p - 4 x 200mg Tagamet
11:45p - post goodbye thread
11:55p - trash bag ready (in case vomit)
11:59p - deep breaths
12:00a - SN drink ~ 20g / 50ml *(15g / 50ml)
12:00a - start timer, sit up in bed
12:05a** - lay down, reply thread until unconscious

*vomit before 5-7 minutes - second dose

4mg of xanax will knock you off if you're not familiar with benzo, I don't know if you will stay awake till midnight

Looks like a solid plan following the protocol. Re fasting, every body has a different metabolism, so you need to consider how long you need to fast to ensure your stomach is empty.

You may be right. I think I have some tolerance, been taking it for a while and it is extended release not regular so it can be different.

Metoclopramide, a dopamine blocker used to reduce nausea and risks of vomiting.

Thanks! Not as of yet. Trying to decide whether it's worth the trouble of procuring them.

SN slowly reduces the amount of O² in your bloodstream, so your heart will try to compensate and accelerate to keep bringing enough of it to your organs.
And tachycardia can be unconfortable to experiment.

Oh right, I had tachycardia usually, so beta-bloquers it's good idea, I thought it would decrease the effect of the sn
