Is this a good protocol? SN

Got everything, just waiting for meto (paid to much to not use it)...

So I have a question about my protocol; is it good? I would be open to suggestions on how to fix it or make it better....

Is it ok to take Diazepam and Bromazepam at the same time?
Is it ok to take 3xMeto when I will be taking Tiotilazine? Is it better to take just one than taking two different ones?
Is it ok to take so many pills on an empty stomach? Should I not take something or use something better?

There are much more questions and please let me know if I am missing something or using something wrong or at the wrong time.

1) If you still haven't tested your SN using the aquarium test because you're afraid it will degrade —
read online how fast it actually degrades. From what I've gathered, it can take 10–20 years to degrade to 90%.
The expiration date just means when it stops being exactly as specified.
But I'm not completely sure — look into it and read more on the topic yourself.

2) Homeopathic medicine? Or are you calling propranolol that? Propranolol is not homeopathy medicine.
If you meant homeopathy, then are you relying on the placebo effect?

3) I think fasting for too long isn't good — 8 hours is ideal for most people, as a rule of thumb.
More or less than that likely won't be better, and could be worse.

1.) Yea, I guess I will test it way before. Maybe even today.

2.) Homopathic medicine that I will use lowers my heartrate and makes me very sleepy and relaxed. You may believe what you want but the ones I get are from a pharmacist and really work on me (lowers my blood pressure and heart rate). You may think what you want. Dont have propranolol. Just have that.

3.) Thanks - yea, I should have written it that I will take it at 12. I am aiming for 8hrs.

Yea, just tested it and its really good. For cup 1 I got the same result (squares turned orange) but the cup 2 showed 10mg/L but closer to 25mg/L. I did add around 1.1 or 1.2 ml and not exactly 1ml so that is probably the case. Overall its a good one and I would presume it to be so even if I didn't do the test since I got it from a trusted and good source (but better to be sure). Thanks for showing me the post of others results.

I didn't quite understand how you performed the test and what the final results were.
As I understand it, considering your result of 10mg/L (or was it 25mg/L?) in the second cup, and the fact that you took 1 ml - does that mean you used 2.5g of SN in the first glass?

Can your test show nitrite levels over 10mg/L (in cup 2), up to 25mg/L?

Keep in mind that I did the test differently - it's mentioned in that post, and also shown in the photos.
I was aiming to get 5mg/L on the color of the test strips.

My test can go up to 50mg/L for nitrite and 500mg/L for nitrate.

I did everything as stated in the SN bible (2,5g SN in 500ml cup 1) and then put ~1.2ml of cup 1 into cup 2 (500ml).

Yea, I looked at your post and how you did it, how the op in that post did it and how its done in the SN bible.

The only shitty thing is that even though I bought an expensive digital scale for SN it doesn't show mg. The lowest it can show is g. So I could have put from 2.3 mg to 2.8mg into the cup 1. The scale looks good (prob why it was expensive) but they only had analog ones other than this one. It is what it is.
