current recommendation is 25g dissolved in 50ml. altering from doesnt make your chances of succeeding any higher. have backup drinks with same amounts ready in case of vomiting
a tablespoon is 15g but you should get a milligram scale to be sure
adding sugar to a very salty drink probably isnt gonna improve the taste probably the opposite
