Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Some people with N were found and woke up in hospital too. Also, many people have failed by taking less than recommended dose, obviously. Following a plan is always the key.
You absolutely need to follow the guide/regimen. For me, the only thing I'm missing is the propanolol. Other necessary medications I have worked hard, spent A LOT of time, to get those supporting medications so it's possible. Meaning, 24/7 literally for the past 3 or 4 weeks. Otherwise, you're success is greatly reduced. So IF you are certain, you need to spend the time to prepare and make sure. More importantly, I don't know you or your history because you are new. Please work on improving your life if possible, take some time. I'm not doubting you, but ctb needs your wisdom.
Antiacid just reduces the pain. And slows the process and makes it more peaceful.
Antacids are no longer recommended in the latest version of the ppeh. Without taking antacids you will lose consciousness quicker.
