Sn problem

I bought my sn while it was available on Amazon a while ago, I just went to check on it recently and while it's never been opened, it's completely chucked up and sounds just like one solid chunk in the bottle, does this mean it won't work or isn't worth trying?

I forgot the thread but the person said clumpy sn they used was bad and they were disappointed they woke up the next morning expecting to be gone. They were experiencing the usual symptoms like nausea and cyanosis but it didn't work. It was clumpy sn with a yellow color and they got it from Amazon I think. Take this with a grain of salt, literally, I don't know if it's legit but getting it tested might be good in this case.
