SN plan

I'm using Stan's guide for this method. I am still waiting for my metoclopramide to arrive but, this is my current plan so far. Please tell me any suggestions or tips, thank you!

11:00 pm | Stop eating
8:10 am | Wake up
8:20 am | Take 600mg of Ibuprofen
8:35 am | Take 3 X 10mg Metoclopramide
8:50 am | Take antacid
9:20 am | Take 2.5 tablespoon of SN dissolved in water.
Since I don't have anything to measure my SN, I would just have to use a tablespoon.

I don't know how many grammes are 2.5 tablespoons. The rest It's fine for me. Which antacid are you taking?

Might want to double check the amount of SN. If you drink too much I think it could make you more likely to vomit? Not sure about the tradeoffs there.

I'm more worried that it's too much and you'll vomit too early. I think Moonicide, who ctb'd last night, posted her measurement and it was about 1 tablespoon.
