I don't have many words but i've been thinking about ctb so much that i figured i had 3 methods: Jumping out of a 4th floor, overdose and sodium nitride. Given those options i chose the first one, which didn't do much and i just ended up waking up in the hospital with severe damage in my back and my ankle. Now im still thinking about ctb but i don't have the same options. I can't jump from the same window or any other similar height (i can't and i don't want to. I want to make sure i don't survive no matter what). I have the overdose method and sodium nitrite. Which id choose the SN but its hard to buy i do need a bit of help with that. And the overdose method would be with lorazepam since the harmful dose is at least 10mg and i have at least 30 mg per month i can just stop consuming per a month and just drink 60mg to make sure i don't survive. But i need help with that. Would anyone tell me if 60mg is lethal ?

I have no idea about medication, but everything I read on overdoses always seem so unreliable... I mean, you can get SN and other stuff in Spain easily, why not go with it? I think you are from Spain, right? I am from Spain too... So if you want to talk we can talk... Although company and listening is all I can give... I suppose thats why I am in my situation, cause thats all I can give...
I got cyanide, but Ill try to get SN for it to be less painful... But if shit hits the fan... Then its cyanide... At least Ill feel like I have an exit always ready...

you can't die from od with lorazepam alone, benzos are made to not be lethal, unless you use it other stuff that enhances the gaba effect, such as alcohol.
i saw this graph a while ago which shows how barbiturates (which do cause death by themselves, very hard to obtain today) and benzodiazepines work on the body, you can see it does not lead to death by itself.
