Sn method questions

I remember reading somewhere on here about SN method step by step. i want to know what i need before taking SN. Can you please tell me step by step? I know i need tagamet...how much should i take tagamet? Do i need to take it like 2 days before taking SN?

"sn megathread" page 1,gives the directions, the only thing I would change is that the antiemetic and tagamet should be taken 1 hour prior to taking sn instead of 1/2 hour.

Yeah that's a challenge with the mega threads - so much to sift through. I have my rope and my drugs and my alcohol.

Yeah I just read the whole thread over a couple of days and it was pretty intense, people popping in to say 'about to take SN, seeya' now and again.
