SN lethal dose 3 gm or 25 gms?

Why do I read that 3 grams of SN is enough lethal dose when most people take 15-25 grams to ctb? I really dont want to suffer through side effects or turn very purple or blue so much? Can i get away with putting 3grams in capsules and ctb from it? Would I definitely need antiemetic if I cant get hold of any? Can i just cbt with 3-10 grams without antiemetics and not throw up?

The human LDLo (lethal dose) is 71 mg/kg, meaning a 65 kg person would likely have to consume at least 4.6 g to result in death.

I think i will do 5 grams. I dont want to take too much and have to throw it all up

3 grams has be taken in by the body, but if you just take 3 grams your body will vomit it out to save itself, so you need to over dose on it so even if you vomit your body has taken in 3 grams, from what I understand you should have 2 cups, you drink one, and have the second one for when you vomit from the first to up what you have taken in,
I could be wrong, but from what I understand d about this method that's why
