The sn is getting delivered today. Now the planning really starts. I have to make this work. Trying to make it until after the holidays so I don't ruin my husband's Christmas but it's going to be hard. Ill have a beta blocker and antacid but I'm nervous that I won't have the anti-nausea medications.

I'm sorry to hear that but I can relate, you'll have a good day and then the next day turns to shit. I would love to use N but no access so I'm stuck with sn. Hopefully I'll pass out pretty quick after taking it. I'm happy at least I'll have the sn though so it's something. I'm holding out hope that it will work.It just got delivered. I still have to do a blood test but I'm confident it is good. To know I have the stuff to end my life now is almost a relief and strange enough has me excited but still nervous. This is my only solution to get rid of these thoughts and anxiety.

any reccomendation on a beta-blocker? i have antiacids and a shitty antiemetic (that doesnt even block dopamine) but if there's anything else easy to obtain I'd like to know.
