SN in Capsules?

Hi I know this has been discussed, but please treat me like I am in kindergarten right now (brain cannot compute).

If one were to take it in capsules, is the amount still a tablespoon?

And, what are the cons to using capsules? This many sound dumb, but I am getting stuck on the liquid....

It's the same amount, a heaping tablespoon (the measuring spoon, not the eating spoon).

I think the main problem is that it will be hard to swallow pills with only 1/4 cup (50 ml of water). But, if you drink more, some of it will absorb before the pills dissolve in about 20 minutes, depending on the type of capsule. I don't know how long water takes to absorb, though.

Another issue may be that the capsules may not all absorb at the same time, and one really wants all the SN at once.

I looked at different ways to consume SN without tasting it, I didn't fancy capsules because you have to take so many and they wouldn't dissolve together prolonging the outcome, similar to what GPE said above, the link below may interest you.

There are definitely valid arguments against using capsules. I would not recommend it.
