Discussion How do people who pass from SN have their last moments recorded, like are they on facetime with someone?

I've thought about this for a little bit lmfao and I simply cannot wrap my head around it. In the SN bible, many successful attempts contain info that wouldn't be possible for someone who is unconscious to tell someone else, unless they were observing the person dying and wrote it for them. Please, does anybody know?
