SN drink: timing

Do you have to drink the SN immediately after mixing it? I'd prefer to make it before I take the anti vomiting meds in case they make me too dizzy or weak. I'm very ill and sensitive to meds.

Could you not mix it later then? It's not hard to mix. You could measure it out beforehand (both the Sn and water) and mix when you're ready.

Would assume anytime before drinking the SN is fine, like a half hour before or something

I take benzos all the time. They stay in your system for several hours. I'll probably take them about an hour before starting the process to chill. But I'm not an expert.

I think the key with taking benzos is to check whether it's fast acting or slow acting. I know Xanax for example is in the former camp, which means you can take it closer to the time you actually take the SN. I would research this more thoroughly.

you can mitigate this by just letting the benzo dissolve under your tongue, it'll hit your bloodstream a lot faster.
