SN dosage and weight

I see there is a bit of conflictual information on SN dosage. Stans guide says 20 gr for regular people and 25 gr for large size. PPH DEC 2019 recommends the general leathal dose of 25 gr. What is your weight and how much will you be taking?

I'm leaning towards the lower limit (20g) to lessen the risk of vomiting, but I might make it 22g to increase the potency.

I will use 25g I am 65 kilos 20g would probably work fine but the extra 5g is just peace of mind for me.
