Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

@WornOutLife, buuut any news/update about Dani after leaving his last note here? I mean, how do we know what happened for certain - just in case he could have survived...
Just ibufropen wow - precisely the only med I can get... Still, though, we don`t know how he felt by taking just this one

He livestreamed his ctb and I was one of the spectators! He didn't seem to suffer at all and before puking, he just passed out.
He 100% died but nobody recorded the video so, if you can believe me, he's really at peace now.

There was a thread last year about this same subject and it was discussed that some people believe you don't need an anti emetic. I was going to use no anti e with SN mainly due to the fact that you are not going to hold salt down. you are told not to drink sea water as it will make you sick and dehydrated, i dont see any difference with SN. I have now acquired dramamine, but i have changed to N rather than SN as a method.
at the end of the day, its upto each individual what advice they follow though
Hi I've got domperidone but having trouble tolerating it. Things say take 3 but normal dose is one. Wondering if 1 or 2 might be ok with sn. Anyone know if risks of damage if just throw sn up? Think i read would be ok somewhere. Thanks

From what I could gather, Anti-Emetics will increase your chance greatly although they´re not necessarily essential. That said, those that do it without usually also go through the entire fasting regiment. So 18-48h. Dani did (I think) and there is this other well documented case of another member who did so as well:
Sure he survived but only because he was discovered in time. He still passed out and all.
Otherwise it helps reading through the Fatal-SN attempts doc on the megathread and correlating all the cases, so as to hopefully draw your own conclusion. There are some pretty detailed ones on there, even one with an observer, who documented all of it.
So really, I think it really depends on how well your body is able to absorb things and keep them in. Body weight, mass and your metabolism would probably influence that a lot. Generally speaking it would make sense to me, that if your body weight was on the lower side, you would thus have a higher chance of getting through it without antis. But don´t take me up on that. I´m no professional.
