My SN arrived today. However instead of being delivered to my PO Box it was delivered to the post office. I used an Alias for my order which sounded similar to my legal name. I had authorised myself to pick up the parcel on the post app and will be attempting to pick it up tomorrow. But I'm nervous as.
Also messages DMC to see if I need to make another order. Haven't heard from him yet

This is why I'm terrified to order that. What can happen if you pick it up?

hopefully no one questions it. If so I will just say I used an Alias as I thought it would be delivered to PO Box but they made a mistake

If you used a similar name, you can always try and say you mis-typed it maybe?

What the hell. No wonder there are so many complaints regarding Australia Post. They lost a package I ordered from Korea which was on its way to me and blamed it on Korea.

That's ridiculous. I once had a package that was not delivered, apparently they took a photo to show it was delivered but it was not even my front door. it took me two weeks to get the parcel back.
update- I did get my SN, my Alias is close enough to my legal name so they handed over the parcel with no issues. parcel was delivered to the post office due to the PO Box being too small.
To anyone in Australia thinking of getting a PO Box - please check the size of the PO Box. Mine was not big enough for the package

I was tracking it through the app, a tracking number was allocated, and the package was moving from place to place, until it was only a few suburbs away. It never arrived. I went to the local post office twice, called up Australia Post to be transferred to various departments, finally spoke with a guy who suggested it was a problem with Korea's postage service. No, it is obvious Australia Post lost the package somewhere along the way to my apartment!

Apparently they don't even deliver every day now, they only do every second business day?

Was the PO Box tiny? My mailbox is quite small but they surprisingly managed to squeeze my SN into it.

Australia Post is shocking. I guess it's just convenient for the guy to blame it on Korea. I got my package back by proving to them that they didn't deliver to my front door. They 'attempted' delivery a second time but the photo they took was of the distribution centre. They lie out of their arse

Yeah it was tiny as, just big enough for a collection notice and I had to pick up the parcel from the counter. I even paid extra for a PO Box plus. the PO Box that was one number down was much bigger than mine

My parents once paid for their mail to be redirected to my address, but they still managed to deliver some letters to my address, and some letters to my parent's address.

I was considering using either a PO Box or a parcel locker, but in the end just got it directly sent to my apartment. I'm relieved it arrived with no issues. Now I just need to figure out how to get benzos

Geez they are useless. glad I don't have to have much to do with anymore as my bus seems to be coming

Is there any chance of you getting some sleeping tablets? I have some Valium (but my partner is keep an eye on them). I managed to stash away 3 tablets, should be enough for when I ctb.

My bus seems to be coming as well.

I have sleeping tablets, but they are OTC, so not very effective. How did you get your Valium? I tried getting some Valium (or any type of benzo, really) from a doctor a couple of days ago, but all she gave me was an antidepressant.

That makes two of us.

I've had Valium prescribed to me for anxiety for 12 months by my GP so I've had them for a while. can you try again with the same doctor or go to a different doctor? Just say the anti-depressant does not address the issue and youd like to try some benzos.

This helped me explain my panic attacks in a way that wouldn't be discounted or misunderstood by provider <3

Omg thank you. Will read through this tomorrow. What do you think of the chances of a GP prescribing benzos to a brand new patient? I don't want to go back to the same doctor just to avoid suspicion.

My understanding is new GP might be hesitant (just from reading threads like that and others' accounts) but in my exp online specialist providers are more focused on helping as quickly as possible.

Would it be suspicious to go back and discuss how initial meds not working and the anxiety is more acute (vs ssris usually are more prescribed for generalized anxiety)?

She told me to come back in a couple of weeks because it takes a couple of weeks for the antidepressants to work. I prefer having the benzos asap. At this stage, I might have to wait a couple of weeks.

Most GPs are reluctant to prescribe benzos. They have strong side effects and are only suitable for short-term use because they're highly addictive and cause dependency.

The ideal situation is if you have a short-term issue that needs treating. Classically the example was nervousness on planes, but these days benzos aren't recommended for that because you need to be conscious and have control of your faculties (plus on short-haul, you'll be unconscious when you land).

But you don't want to make them suspicious that you're "pill seeking" - that will make it hard to get prescriptions you might need in the future, like painkillers.

Hi,

In Europe, it's complicated to receive NS, the sellers ask official enterprise documents.
