You certainly could, but I think the main issue with just taking SN straight is that there's a risk of throwing it back up.

A lot of the other stuff included in the recommended SN method is intended to make the process smoother and reduce the chance of your body purging the SN.

I'm no expert, but that's my understanding of it at least.

Thanks that gives me a better understanding. I wish you could just swallow it, maybe hold your nose, and just have it done without needing other stuff etc.
This needing of antimeatics and all puts me off. You should be able to just throw the SN down your neck and be done with it. Which I'm told you can?

Hi it is very likely that you will vomit if you take SN on its own, that is why an AE is essential. You might have luck buying something from a shop over the counter. Something like Buccastem or Phenergan tablets.

Have you tried an online pharmacy that ships to your location. Many of them will ask a few questions before they deliver. There are a minority of people that will be successful with sn only so i would recommend you do use it on its own.

Please also search for stans guide to sn and use one of the recommended anti emetic drugs in the list.
