SN-- can one puke while unconscious?

I already know people can belch while unconcious, but is it something that also tends to heppen while the person who ingested the SN is unconscious?
I would assume it would hurt his/her chances to CTB properly.

yea this is why you take anti puking meds
also i think you are hang yourself while taking so it can physically stop it and have higher chance of dying

there's death by aspirating (inhaling) your vomit while you're unconscious, it happens when you lay on your back while vomiting in your sleep. the best way to avoid this though is with metoclopramide/antiemetics in general and doing the strict food fast, though you can drink water up until 2 hours before your attempt. dehydration causes nausea which is counterproductive, so you can water fast but still drink water.
