SN Benzo (Valium/Diazepam) Dose

Hello everyone,

I know Benzo is optional (but recommended) as part of the SN protocol. However, I am confused as to why the recommended dose is so high (50 pills crushed)? I am unfortunately currently on a weekly supply and therefore only have 7 pills on hand now and the most I can have is 14 pills (if I get a new one tomorrow). Would this differ a lot in terms of peacefulness to end my life as usually for medical purposes in the ward they would give you 1-2 pills to take to knock you out? So is 50 necessary? If I'm really desperate I could pile it up and have +7 pills every week, but it will be a slow process and I'm afraid consuming that amount would induce nausea and unpleasant side effects. hey friend. im no expert but ive seen alot of people say this is an insane level for people with big benzo tolerance. personlly one pill knocks me out. so if the time comes, i think taking a couple would suffice. i have xanax though....sorry your here man...big love

I plan on taking just 1mg Xanax 1 hour before drinking my SN. I'm a benzo naive person and even 0,5mg is making me quite sleepy. I'm afraid of taking more Xanax because I don't want to fall a sleep mid-protocol.

One thing to be noted, and its almost never mentioned here, a high dose of meto can increase the sleepiness of the benzos.

Thank you guys, it helps a lot. I think that's the thing though the risk of potentially falling asleep before taking the SN + the risk of feeling nauseous from taking so many Benzos were my main concerns. I think as of now I will probably just take 2 tablets of Diaz—the emergency used to give me this dose to sedate me to sleep back then so I suppose this should be enough.

i think diaz is weaker than xanax, maybe look up equivalent dose - i dont want u to do anything but if you go through with it i want it to be as comfortable as possible

Thank you for your kind words :). I'd definitely do more research once I'm more ready. I think for me gaining Xanax might be a bit hard—but I'll take a look at it

Omg I didn't know this. I googled it and meto and xanax do that
