I have the package here in my hands (I can post a pic it anyone can confirm it's legit?)

I really didn't expected it to clear customs and arrive.

I'll Do a blood test before I use to confirm it's ok. But I'm reluctant to expose it to air before then.

I can't get meto, but I do have lots of domperidone (motillium) Which is a close second.

Now that the reality is here - it seems

You can't really make it look like an accident with how your skin turns blue, it'll be pretty obvious poisoning occurred.
