Since meto and domperidone are not options for me, I have been taking olanzapine this last week before I attempt (5mg for the first 4 days, 10mg for the last three). I read that olanzapine concentration levels peak 6 hours after ingesting, so I plan on taking my last dose 6 hours before I ctb. Can anyone confirm if this is a good idea? I also read in the ppeh that meto and ondansetron can be combined. Would it be a good idea to add 8 mg ondansetron 40 min before I drink the SN. I plan to attempt early Tuesday morning so I am hoping someone will respond before then.

I'm sorry that life has brought you to this point. I too am at my end. I will also be taking Olanzapine. I'm prescribed 10mg every night, so I think I may double the dose the night I take my SN. I didn't know that peak concentration levels are 6 hours later, but thank you for the information. If the ppeh says that ondansetron can be used, then why not? I won't be taking anything else besides the Olanzapine and Ibuprofin. I think I'll skip the Tagamet (ant-acid). I don't see anything wrong with what you plan to do.

I appreciate the response. I don't have enough olanzapine left to double my dose the day I ctb. I would be worried about side effects anyway since I don't regularly take it. I am kind of worried about how ondansetron will interact with the olanzapine. I will probably do a test dose early tomorrow morning. That will at least let me know if I have a negative reaction combining the two. I hope everything works out for the both of us and we both can find peace.

I'm using Zofran also. Zofran and meto. I think taking Zofran is better than not taking it. Good luck to you.
