While I'm waiting for my supplies to arrive I wanted to jump in here and see if anyone has any advice.

I have chronic tachycardia where my heart rate is always 100+ no matter if I'm resting or active. Since SN will create an even higher heart rate for me I was wondering if there's anything else I can take to manage it. I've seen things about beta blockers but I'm not sure how to go about getting prescribed any.

I'm hoping to find something to help the tachycardia so I don't experience as much panic and anxiety on the day.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi there! Beta blockers would be best for lowering tachycardia. I will also take benzos (Clonezapam) which lowers the heart rate too. If you're struggling to get them, DM me.
