If its going to be your last meal and youre going to fast afterwards anyway, why not have anything that you like? IMHO That's what I'd do.I guess just concern about excessive fullness, prolonged digestion and the like...pretty sure some dairy takes like 6-8 hours to be digested for example, otherwise I would just indulge

I read about food that reduces stomach acid, like oats, brown rice, broccoli, and sweet potato. I think I will just have oatmeal as my last meal. I know not fancy but I'm not gonna use antiacid so I thought this might help.Similar threads
