Hi everyone. I was watching this video of Dr. Philip Nitschke

At minute 10:40 it says "Sodium Nitrite 15gm dissolved in 50ml of water". Is it right or wrong? I thought the right amount was 100ml.

The quantities of SN/H2O change with each issue of the PPH as more information becomes available.

50ml better as it's less liquid for you to potentially vomit up and a higher concentration of the salt hitting your digestive system quickly.

Some members on here who've exited successfully say have a candy to suck on after swallowing it because of the salty/burning taste

Another option is to train you taste with ordinary salt for a while. Unhealthy, yes, but you CTB anyway. This is to get used to the taste.

I watched this video last night. He didn't mention taking antiemetic. 15gm seems like would be a dose for a small person. I'm 5'8 200 lbs so I'm planning on taking 30gm in 100 ml of water. I'm also not doing the 48 hr regimen. I have a strong stomach. I very rarely throw up even sick with the flu. So I'll just do the stat dose.

"Perhaps the most important is take a couple of teapoons of sodium bicarbonate" before ingestion of SN?? Why don't I see anyone talk about this? It's at the 17.50 mark in the video?

I was also thinking about that instead of antacid

That advice superseded.
This from Suicide Wiki . . . . . .

"The PPH previously recommended sodium bicarbonate as absorption accelerator. The PPH argued that sodium bicarbonate would raise the stomach's fluid pH. The raise in stomach's fluid pH hindered loss of consciousness in some patients—although it was expected, given that the blood pressure—lowering effect of orally ingested nitrite was abolished when test persons were pretreated with a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) to raise gastric pH (Montenegro et al., 2016). Similar to sodium bicarbonate, the blood pressure-lowering effect of orally ingested nitrite is abolished by a proton pump inhibitor (Piknova & Schechter, 2017)."
