Simple Sn protocol

I have a simple plan in mind. Cause I only have benzo and sn.

-Fast for 10 hours.
- take crushed benzo in a little bit of water 40 mins before taking sn
- take SN (I will prepare 3 glasses of water with 3 teaspoons of Sn in each. I am around 55-58 kg so I think that will be enough)

What do you all think?

Fasting 10 hours is smart, keeps the stomach calm and empty which reduces vomiting risk. Taking the benzo 40 minutes before sounds reasonable, especially if it's something long acting like diazepam, though keep in mind it can take a bit longer to peak depending on dose and your body. Crushed in water helps speed that up. Just make sure you're sedated but not fully out of it. You want to be calm, not unconscious before the SN. As for the dose itself, 3 teaspoons in 3 separate glasses is about 36g total, and for your weight (55–58kg), that's more than enough (almost too much honestly, 25g would be fine) to reach the fatal threshold with a margin of safety. Having backup glasses prepared is exactly what I'd suggest—makes it easier if you throw up or panic. Just keep the water volume low (like 25–50ml per glass), and don't chug it ice cold.
