Simple guide for disabled newbies to jargon in this forum sn n from a etc

I cannot use my fingers much and I am also bedridden also so have very less stamina. I found long threads for the various material for ctb.Can anyone just provide me a short guide on where to start and what to read. I apologize for asking to put in an effort but I have tried three times on three different days and I am very confused. Thank you again

People refer to this resource a lot but the glossary is kind of buried so:

As far as "N from A", the "N" is nembutal and the "A" refers to a supplier. Sometimes you'll see "N from C" or whatever and it's the same concept. That one took me a while to get @_@
