Significance to ctb date?

I've been going back and forth about this... I originally planned to ctb on my birthday (in July) but that didn't happen primarily because my SN didn't arrive in time. Then I was thinking 9/11 because I have a connection to that date..but again, I'm still here. The only thing I know for sure is it has to be this year, preferably this month - so I was wondering if anyone else has connections to specific dates or times, or is this my OCD? At this point, there are no more dates on the calendar that matter to me, so I guess it will be random.

I think that it's common for people to want to ctb on significant dates. I've always liked the sound of exiting this world on my birthday (as it's a day that I dislike) or New Years eve (as it fills me with dread the thought of starting a new year). I do think that it can be hard to stick to specific dates as after all life is unpredictable and uncertain and things can easily get in the way of plans. I do think that personally for me it would be best to leave when the time feels right rather than trying to stick to a date that is planned in advance.

Nope, no specific or meaningful date for me. It will just be some random date whenever I'm ready.

I was thinking 3/20/2023 would be nice since it's close to my birthday and far enough away from any other holidays to ruin them for my loved ones, plus it has some fun number repetition. Overall though, I think whenever I go, it will probably be impulsive. I've had SN at hand for a while and if lacking that, I know how to tie a ligature.

My timing is the result of possible factors that could change so I must adapt and adjust that date to make sure of being undisturbed while I am ctb-ing. Success is to me, more important than any date.
