Need help very sick time is running out before I'm put into an unimaginable hell. Doctors are convinced my problem is anxiety meanwhile it's my lungs I can't breathe or sleep and their medications are gonna make it worse.
Someone please if you're near Scarborough what do I do if I'm already in pain can barely breathe

As others have stated if you're having difficulty breathing the only real solution there is to go into emergency. I would not underestimate how bad anxiety can make respiratory symptoms however. Are you having breathing difficulty even when in a calm state?

If you're not lying about having breathing issues which I don't think you are that sounds like something that happens to targeted individuals of gang stalking. Psychopaths that work in hospitals take advantage all the time and patients get hurt all the time because of them

Gang stalking includes false prescriptions like saying you're a hypochondriac in order to not help you're breathing porblem

My cousin (who was a nurse) keptgoing to doctors complaining of really bad pain in her back, she was fobbed off over and over and over again as a hypocondriac until she ended in hospital and a consultant she'd worked with saw her and asked why she was in. He went absolutely nuts when he found out.

They opened her up, turned out she had 3 kidneys and one of them had died and gone gangrenous, poisoned the other kidney next to it, and damaged the other one as well.

She spent her last 20 years in constant pain, always ill and in hospital and died at 50.

In the UK doctors are not incharge of your care unless in extreme cases where you have been sectioned.
Even being sectioned doesn't remove all of your liberties.
I don't know why people allow situations to develop where a doctor takes charge of them, especially in cases where they have not been helpful.
If you don't want to take anxiety meds then don't take them. Instead get another opinion, preferably from a specialist.

Doctors fob people off all the time.
I remember going to my GP years and years ago about bad skin (acne). Tried all their antibiotics and topical lotions but it didn't work (unsurprisingly, these meds do nothing to tackle the root cause of acne).
I requested a referral to a dermatologist in order to pursue isotretinoin therapy (Roaccutane).
In short the GP refused to refer me, and said that because I'm very mildly Asperger's, this was causing me to be anxious, have a bad body image, and overthink the severity of my acne.
Obviously complete nonsense.
I complained and was subsequently referred.
Consultant dermatologist said I would likely have needed Roaccutane years prior to me actually going on it!
Dermatologist was useful, put me on it for several months and for years I've enjoyed the best skin :)

Breathing problems can feel pretty uncomfortable without causing death. If you feel you're having respiratory issues you should go to emergency for a work up to figure out why. even if we intend to die there's no need to live in extra pain.
