I sympathise. It takes alot of control to keep hanging in and not doing something rash and half-baked that could fail. Because that would be even worse. Literally the only reason I am here is because I haven't been able to get N and I'm, terrified of brain damage. It's torturous.

Unfortunately, in the opening post with the story, there is only one letter left. The same thing happened to another post here from a different member, and it's the same lonely letter.

Without knowing the story, if you are not very old or terminally ill with an already huge impact to your body, it's almost impossible to neutralize SI. You have to make sure, that this is included in your method.

Even know we want to die, we are programmed to survive. Suicide is very difficult, if it was easier I would be already gone. Suicide is what I want and it is the one way to end all the pain. It is such an awful position to be in, wanting to die but yet being unable to. The survival instinct is a demon, determined to keep us suffering.
