• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I have a gun and ammo and have multiple times held it to my head but my SI always kicks in and I feel paralyzed. I physically/mentally cannot pull the trigger. Any tips on how to overcome SI? I know there's lots of these threads but I was wondering if there's anything gun related, like is there any way I can "accidentally" pull the trigger even though my brain is saying no?
And also, how hard is it really to die from cutting? Like couldn't I just slit my wrists to the arteries and bleed to death? I'm unable to buy anything for other methods I see on here so the gun and cutting are my best options. I'd rather use a gun because I'm pretty certain I wouldn't survive it or feel pain, but it's a lot messier than cutting and part of the reason I want to CTB is so I'm no longer a burden to my family.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated (also, I apologize if I've done anything wrong in the process of posting this, it's my first time starting a thread)

Being pessimistic may help but you have to spend time reading and understanding philosophical pessimism.
Meditation can also help but requires a lot of practice.
