• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Probably, but you have no control over that. The incident, which leads to impulsivity, you can not plan or initiate, because then it is no longer impulsivity. I believe, going in full peace with a smile in the last minutes is the best way to overcome SI.

I've been thinking about this as well, I have BPD so struggle with extreme impulsivity anyway, and all my past ctb attempts were impulsive and irrational and SI didn't really effect me at all like it does now, which is cruelly ironic considering this is the one time it's actually a rational decision
Maybe I could find a way to somehow channel my impulsivity during the final moments leading up to ctb to help me overcome my SI

Was this impulsivity? Two week ago I came home. Then first I cried. Then I screamed thT I would ctb. Addition I stamped very hard because of anger. Then I punch my fists into my bed. My heart bet very fast. My rational brain stared to calm, cause I believed I really could ctb next.

Ist this impulsivity?

I believe I will be able to overcome the SI when I reach a point of desperation, when I have reached my limit and I cannot take anymore. Of course the SI is difficult to overcome as we are programmed to survive after all. If it was easier to leave, I would already be gone. I wish you the best.
