Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have everything I need and I know in the end it's my decision but is there a reason to wait ? I could do it at any moment and everything would be over ...

I've had my SN for over a month and I'm still just waiting, is it fear or am I getting better?
I get excited over the idea of opening it up and finally drinking it.
I guess I'm just looking for advice .

I don't think we can tell you outright, or could really. We can't know whether it's fear or getting better for you, that's something between you and your mind and even with some luck you might figure it out.
If there's a reason to wait I'd say that one, to be completely sure it is what you want aside from the urge that's pulling you to it. Do you think you are getting/would want to get better?
Also are there things you might like to do before taking the SN? A bucket list or just anything?
Whatever you do I hope you are at peace with it <3

Honestly, when you have doubts, why not give recovery another shot?

You've given yourself a good option when the time comes. But it's still the last thing you'll ever do. No coming back. If you don't know the answer to the question you posed, it's not time yet. That's my 2c.

No one here will ever tell you that you should ctb. But I will remark that you sound in doubt, and if you are in doubt you should not ctb. Don't ctb unless you are certain that you want to die.
The SN won't deteriorate, provided you keep it tightly closed, so no air or moisture can get it. So there is no reason to rush.

I would suggest to keep living life if possible.

You have an exit if things don't go well.

I know a lot of people who have sat on SN and N for years.

I had my SN for years. However, I'm not sure if I have stored it properly, so that's why I'm looking for fresh SN.

You have nothing to lose in trying.

Try new things in life if possible. A new path could open.

This decision is not easy. Don't rush it.

Make sure you have an excuse ready if the cops come do a welfare check. I don't want you to be mad at me if your SN is taken away.
