Help Should I go to the hospital?

I already have the rope and know how I will do it but now people around me know and it's been overwhelming nonetheless. All the legal jargon I was thrown at and the fact I have to keep on living my normal every day life on top of everything... Should I go to the hospital and tell them I plan to ctb? I have no idea what to do. I have been offered help and it's been implied I can be taken to a hospital... Should I do it? I would definitely be kept there for a while, I don't know how that would go but I just want to breathe a little and get my thoughts in order.

Thank you, if things just get worse i will follow through on my set date but for now, I'm looking forward to tomorrow
