People who are desperate to die will find any way to do it. I saw a pic of a woman who hanged herself while sitting cross legged and another guy hanged himself while lying down flat, used his bedpost to asphyxiate himself.

Partial is easy tbh, the steps involved are all very simple. Whether or not you get that golden smooth pass out is just a little random and takes quite a bit of playing around.

I dislike that video because she is a young girl who, for whatever reason, has been coaxed into risking her health and her life to help the guy making the video.
Why didn't he demonstrate it himself? I think it's exploitation of a young naive girl. They were not even near her when she did it. Why not stand right next to her ready to grab her?
Then when she starts to explain what it was like he cuts her off and won't let her finish what she wanted to say. He is unconcerned about if she is ok.

I've tried partial hanging and failed because AFTER i lost consciousness the convulsions made me stand up, giving the rope a little release making me regain consciousness, woke up feeling getting choked by the rope around my neck. Used the suggested knots, not sure how it went wrong honestly. That feeling was terrible because your survival instinct will try to get you loose, i guess that is how you feel when doing a full hanging.

I know of a man who hanged himself with an air conditioner cable. Don't know if full or partial. But he succeeded.

Oh sorry it is a suicide website to. I did look at it abit further. I was like why is a women's hair monkey popping up on my screen and why are her coconuts staring at me I don't want to see that. Then I scrolled down and I saw the sucide section and I clicked on it.
