I understand how you feel, I am trapped in this world as it is so difficult to leave. All that I want is to pass away peacefully, more than anything I wish that it was easier to exit this world. First, it's absolute shit that there's no method combining accessibility, speed, painlessness, effectiveness, etc., so we have to resort to pretty bottom-of-the-barrel options more often than not. And that survival instinct is a real bitch. It's the biggest reason I've repeatedly failed in the past, when I've even worked up the courage to attempt in the first place...
