Scared about taking propanolol with sn regimen

Hi guys
I read on other posts that apparently propanolol causes ur heart to stop beating /heart attack.
That sounds really scary actually more scary than the SN
Does anyone know more about the propanolol and would u suggest taking 800mg and before an or with the sn. By the way I have propanolol tablets not powder.

Whats the scary ? I mean we want it to die not to go to the theatre and unexpectedly die .you know the reason

this kinda of thing doesn't happen. I already ingested 800mg of propranolol and felt absolutely nothing different, not even a headache.
