This is a terrible tragedy. There were already millions of reasons for people to CTB, but now with Covid-19, there has been one more added to the list. I'm almost afraid to find out what could be coming next. Things seem to keep getting worse, not better, and it makes me want to CTB even more.

This is exactly how I'm feeling about life. I'm to scared to watch the news now and even to go out. My once great journey into getting better and nearly back into employment in March are now on the floor a long with my mental health. I'm back to square one, where I was 18 months ago and I don't know if I have the strength to go through it all again. I can't even seek help as my gp surgery isn't seeing anyone and I'm sure not going to phone the crisis team ever again. The last time I did that I was told to phone my doctor, which I already had and was told to phone the crisis team. This lead to me attempting suicide xx
