If you mean Rubbing Alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol):
I will say that apparently the side effects of it are potentially pretty extreme to the point where if you didn't die it could drastically affect your quality of life, and even ability to attempt again (apparently blindness is a potential side effect, as well as many others).

The taste is also extremely bitter and sharp, almost like if you drank needles laced with something (if that makes sense... and I didn't mistype anything there).

I mean it may be cheap, it'd be possible I'm sure (I mean too much water can kill you--too much of anything can kill you really), but just saying it's a bit... heavy on the side effects considering everything.
