For me it will be when I can't justify staying around, down to the smallest things.
When minimal people will be hurt by it.
My goal is to wait until there's no way anyone will blame themselves for it.

Tough question, for me it was when I had exhausted all options of help that I could access. This was to at least give myself a chance.
Now my idealation is so strong that it's within weeks, funny enough I just got off of the phone with the doctor and there are no appointments until middle of January……..that is almost certainly too late for me unfortunately

I would say.. it is a two step process. First issue is ...must have the method thoroughly researched and practiced, if possible. Secondly, ask yourself if there are reasons why a certain date would not be a good time.

When I attempt, it's usually because I snap and can't take the pain anymore. I'm trying to be logical about it and do it when I'm not near loved ones, but I think I might snap again. It gets harder every day

I believe that it will be a feeling deep down that you know it is time to leave, and you have no more doubts and you are certain about your decision. For me, I know it will be the right time when the pain of living gets to be unbearable, only then I believe I will be able to overcome the SI.
