Regulator for gas method

im desperately lost&still confused by this eventhough i have read it.

a place nearby selling this(hope they can help deliver it as i dont know if its gonna be heavy?)and maybe help set things up(but not sure if its gonna cause a suspicion)

im planning to buy 1m3 or 2m3 (20 - 40 ft cb) nitrogen cylinder with gas they say its more than 600L


But i dont know about the regulator they asking me for the spec i only say 15 LPM, 200 bar and they ask about output or input.

also i dont know about other spec needed to match the tank/whats needed.


i have oxygen regulator i wonder if it can be used?

I thought its not going to be this complicated as with oxygen tank u only need to buy the cylinder and regulator all the same and connect it thats it.

I dont know with this one should i learn about the spec output input flowmeter psi , etc, etc

from the chart here, I'm wondering wich type of tank would be the best from your advise. I'm a little confused about the weigth (as I need to be able to walk aroud with the thank), and the amont of gas. I'm thinking between the 7 or 17 as it as more gas. 17 as 84 Ft3 and weight 33 kg, 7 as 36 ft3 and weight 7kg (when the tank is empty).
Any advise?
