Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

"The Met Office today issued a first-ever red warning for extreme heat for Monday and Tuesday next week. And the UK Health Security Agency in turn issued a Level Four heat-health alert covering the whole of England for both days, which warns: 'Illness and death may occur among the fit and healthy, and not just in high-risk groups.'"

Probably unlikely unless you're doing something that increases heat and exhaustion like exercise or sitting in direct sunlight in heavy clothing. To be honest, heatwaves in the U.K. are just awful. They're no joke. Our houses aren't built for it. It's usually hotter inside than it is outside because our buildings trap the heat so it perpetually feels like a sauna you can't escape from. It's hard enough to cope when the temperature is 30c but there's a 50% for 40c on Monday.. ugh.

Attempting to CTB tonight anyway, so hopefully I won't live to experience it but I probably will.. I'll probably fail or back out like I have done for the last two years

Partial hanging. I know I can do it, I just get overwhelmed by SI as soon as I start feeling dizzy and it causes me to back out of fear
:mmm:

I think full suspension sounds horrible, but if you can get partial right then it's meant to be relatively peaceful and painless, especially if you can fall unconscious from carotid compression than struggling to breathe. Whatever happens after unconsciousness doesn't bother me as I wouldn't be awake to experience any of it and 15 mins later I'd be dead. It's just hard to get over SI.. I think it's the same for everyone though. Even people can't drink the SN in their drawer because of SI

I'm really dreading the hot weather next week. I hate the heat so much and it makes me unable to sleep. It sounds like it will be so bad. Existing really is torture and I understand the feeling of wanting to escape from this life so badly. Hanging does scare me a lot and it sounds difficult. I envy those with the courage for this method. I hope that you find freedom from your suffering. Best wishes.

Hydrating is super important during a heat wave and will rather prevent you from getting sick.

Honestly, please drink sufficient fluids to prevent heat stroke. It's not fun and you'll throw up all over the place if you get heat stroke.
