Please someone help. I'm really desperate but I'm locked in a psych ward. I have no idea how to cope with flashbacks and all this ward does is sedate me. I feel like I can't do the next hour, nevermind tomorrow or the day after.? I've heard of people managing to commit on wards so I know it is possible but I have no idea how. Ligs are pretty much out as they have taken everything off me. Need some help
