It was nowhere near 400ml. The glass is about half full at the most, so if it was a pint pot it would be 284ml for half.but seen as the glass isn't just straight it would probably be more near 200ml.

Then your breathing will slow down… until the point your brain gets private from oxygen (for time enough)… Then it shuts down…

So the next step is your Heart following the Brain an switching off… (right after the brain does)… Not before, and it does Needs to switch off!
(In order to not end up as a vegetable)…

So if something disturbs this 'ideal' sequence (…)
Then things can mess up….

you fall into asleep, partof the brain switches off, the part that controls rate of breathing , a persons breathing slows and then stops totally. no oxygen to the lungs means respitratory failure. then there is not enough oxygen to maintain brain function and then the heart stops.
