Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What do you need from a partner and what are you hoping to get out of having one?

To me it seems like a pretty important and intimate thing also fraught with legal issues and variable outcomes.

I have had a few conversations with people seeking a partner to ctb but I'm not sure how to get on the same page with them.

I honestly don't know how that would work either, getting past the challenges. Add to that psychological issues—and you can't trust anyone, really. If you grew up with, and knew someone irl, then maybe.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. The liability if things go wrong is just too much

If you are certain you are going to CTB, what liabilities would you fear?

Well I feel like some people are looking for someone to kill them. If your ctb attempt fails and you did that you will be charged and there are stories of people who changed their mind and the other person ctb and they were still charged. I am only entertaining the idea of a partner because I need help with the method but I would not be willing to kill even if I was sure my ctb would be successful

When I ctb I'm about 95% certain I'll be alone.

The times I've entertained the idea of a partner, the reason would be so that I wasn't alone. A sort of emotional support.
