Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have a couple of questions about partial hanging, when my boyfriend did it, he was alone in a hotel room and coming down off of crystal meth, he's been using for over 10 years on and off, he had depression because his older brother died the exact same way he did almost 4 years ago and he never got over it, the meth made his depression worse, on his death certificate, they said he cut a sheet off of the bed and he went into the bathroom and tied it to the towel rack and sat down on the floor of the hotel room, he turned off his phone and put it away before he did this and chain locked his room door so no one could get in to try to stop him, what I'm wondering is if this was painful for him because his brother did the exact same thing that he did, only he used a towel and he was at home in a closet and it left scratch marks and bruises on his neck, but my boyfriend didn't thankfully, I'm thinking about doing the exact same thing my boyfriend did, but I'm scared it's going to be painful, I've never been on drugs before but if they will help me to go through with this then I'll start, I've never been more depressed than I am now
