Help Propranolol for SN method?

The PPEH suggests 400mg of propranolol taken 40 minutes prior to ingestion of the SN. I only have seventeen 10mg tablets, so 170mg. Should I take them even though it's less than half the recommended amount?

I also worry that taking seventeen pills will make me more likely to throw up.

Propranolol is also something that bothers me. I have enough pills because I take it since years for my heart.
About throwing up, I think it is inevitable, considering propranolol + SN + benzos
