Wouldn't it be fair if laws are made such that to get peaceful ctb from government you must be over 25, have uni education and well adjusted and of sound mind. With exceptions for those with evident physical and mental illness , not emotional problems. That would be fair. Then only guys who are fit to cbt can do it. Emotional weakness is a despicable thing.
