Primperan before SN

Hey guys, yesterday I started to take my first dose of primperan at 2:00 pm for the 48 hour regimen. I messed up and didn't take any at 10 pm or 6 am because I was really tired and fell asleep for a long time. I was planning to kill myself tomorrow so my question is do I have to start the 48 hour regimen over or can I instead take a certain dose like an hour before ingesting SN?

As I know some people kill themself without primperan or analogs. So.... Something is better than nothing, and even nothing can help you.
