Drank nearly a whole bottle of vodka, trashed my own room and probably said some incredibly insulting things to my sister who calls me everyday. Said she probably won't call me today, probably another day. Please say something comforting guys.

I've been down that road a couple times. Hang in there. It might take her a day or so to cool off, but I bet she'll call and you guys can mend things. Try not to think about it too much if you can.

Yes. I'm not an everyday drinker right now, it's sort of erratic, but when I do I binge drink and I do stupid stuff.

Yes, and I'm calling rehabs now, I'm skeptical that it'll help in terms of stopping my desire to ctb because I have severe anxiety, but we'll see.

This is pretty much what I was going to say. Try to avoid using the phone when you get trashed. Easier said than done I know, I'm guilty of it myself.

Yeah, it's good you're seeking out rehab places. I'd wait to hear back and confirm with one before calling your sister to apologize so that you have a concrete plan that shows you're trying to get better
